Voluntary and community organisations in York and North Yorkshire can access free advice and guidance on funding issues from their local Funding Adviser.

Funding Advisers provide the following support:
•    Assistance with searching for sources of funding
•    Guidance with writing quality funding applications
•    Project planning and development
•    Developing a funding strategy
•    Advice on financial sustainability issues.

On this site you will find funding related news and information including statistical data for inclusion in funding applications, funding factsheets and links to other useful sources of information.

The Funding Advice Network is made up from Funding Advisers employed by Local Infrastructure Organisations (LIOs), as well as staff and representatives from the City of York Council, North Yorkshire County Council, and Local Authorities throughout North Yorkshire.
